By accessing and using Telefy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Telefy is a Telegram bot that allows you to control your Spotify playback, create party rooms, and manage music queues. The service requires a Spotify Premium account and a Telegram account.

3. User Accounts

To use Telefy, you must:

• Have a valid Spotify Premium account
• Have a valid Telegram account
• Authorize Telefy to access your Spotify account
• Be at least 13 years old

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harm or attempt to harm the service or other users
• Use automated systems to access the service

5. Spotify Integration

Telefy integrates with Spotify's API. Your use of Telefy is also subject to Spotify's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Spotify's service availability or functionality.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
